This has trouble written all over it!

PerezHilton.com reader Kathryn spotted none other than Britney Spears at Hollywood hotspot Teddy’s on Saturday night.

And, she was with rumored rehab fling Howie Day!

Says Kathryn, “I was staying at the Roosevelt Hotel and had just gotten back to the lobby around 2:15 when Britney was leaving Teddy’s with Howie Day. The two
of them, a huge body guard, and a security guy rushed through the lobby and out through valet into a waiting car. And, other than those weak boots she’s always wearing, Britney looked great!! Skinny and really happy. Fingers crossed for a sick comeback!”

For those of you not familiar with Howie Day….

He’s a musician. He was just in rehab with Britney.

In 2004, Day was arrested and charged over an incident in which he was accused of locking a fan in the bathroom of his tour bus and destroying the cellular phone of another.

And, in December 2005, Day was arrested in Boston after reportedly verbally abusing the flight crew while under the influence of alcohol and sleeping pills.

In other words, Howie’s the perfect new boyfriend for Britney!!!
